Im going to start off this category by briefly explaining how you can make money doing surveys.
Surveys are opinion polls, companies pay you for your opinion! Why? because research is essential to any successful business. When you complete a survey you are helping companies to tap into their consumers minds, and therefore giving them the crucial research they need to progress.
Benefits of earning money from doing surveys
- Flexible work from home hours
- Get paid for simply giving your opinion
- You choose your income (do as much or as little as you like)
Disadvantages of filling in surveys to make some cash
- Time consuming if you don’t put together a plan (more about planning later)
- Some survey sites demand you meet a minimum earning threshold before paying out
- You end up with lots of spam emails so you should set up a seperate email account
My personal opinion of paid surveys
Surveys are great for those who want to earn a bit of extra cash, you can only make money if you stick to it. I found i became very bored after a few days.
